FAST FLAT - A1020 model
FAST FLAT - A1020 model
The goal of any water restoration job is to move air from Point A to Point B. But that can be difficult when dealing with wet ceilings, crawl spaces, voids between walls, etc. A traditional approach is to attach a plastic lay flat material to your dehumidifier and air movers, but there are several problems with this. For starters, it is not reusable material. There’s also a guessing game on how much of the material you will need for each job. Crews are forced to roll out the material, cut it to the correct length, tie a knot at one end, and then cut an exit hole before securing the other end to their drying equipment. If the fitted end doesn’t secure correctly — and it rarely does — they’ll need to secure it with zip ties, duct tape, straps, or other tie-downs.
Advantages:
- Reusable and washable
- Pre-measured with pre-cut exhaust hole
- Quick set-up (seconds vs. hours for many jobs)
- Built-in bungee cord and grommet for anchor point
- Available in multiple colors
- One-year warranty on seams and grommet
- No need for zip ties or tie-down straps
- No more duct tape residue
- Brand awareness
- Saves on labor costs
Each Fast Flat is labeled with a model number: A for air movers. The “10” is 10-feet long. The “20” is the width in inches.
